**Job Title:** Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide professional secretarial and administrative support to our Management team.
About the RoleAs an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Management team. This includes coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and other events, as well as managing office supplies, facilities, and logistics.
- You will have at least 5 years of experience in office administration and secretary roles, preferably from financial services companies.
- Able to handle outsource vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to the Management team.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and other events.
- Managing office supplies, facilities, and logistics.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 5 years of experience in office administration and secretary roles.
- Motivation with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
