The Job
  • We are looking for a Marketing & Merchandising Manager with a deep understanding of the woven ladies' fashion market.
  • You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, driving effective communication between teams, and formulating marketing strategies that achieve business objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Acquiring the latest trends of the fashion market to develop and explore new business opportunities in the overseas market.
    • Conducting planning, execution, and communication of a development strategy that meets and exceeds financial goals.
    • Developing new customers for the company, visiting customers regularly, and maintaining good relationships with them.
    • Driving effective and efficient communication between fabric, development, and production teams to ensure contracts, budgets, and development schedules are targeted.
    • Sourcing materials, development, and procurement.
    • Focusing on sustainability.
    • Formulating marketing and sales strategies, implementing action plans to achieve business KPI objectives.
    • Requirements:
      • Tertiary education in Textiles and Clothing, Design, or related disciplines.
      • Rich customer resources, ability to develop new customers, and new markets.
      • 10+ years of solid experience in handling ladies' fashion and apparel mainly in woven areas.
      • Pro-active, energetic, global vision, judgmental marketing insight.
