Job Overview

Millions Kart Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the customer service process, resolving customer complaints, and conducting quality assurance surveys with customers to provide feedback to the staff. A key aspect of this role is possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

About the Role
  • Manage a team of representatives offering customer support.
  • Oversee the customer service process, ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints.
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers to provide feedback to the staff.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Maintain a positive working environment for your team.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Catering to customer phone calls and diverting the call to the relevant department for a more advanced form of query resolution.
  2. Curating streamlined email and social media communication mediums for offers, updates, and much more.
  3. Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution.
  4. Managing payment and delivery of customer orders.
  5. Helping customers choose the right product for their requirements and budget.
  6. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
  7. Informing customers of upcoming promotions or deals.
  8. Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person or via phone.
  9. Forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics and helping their team to develop new skills.
  10. Fixing appointments based on the availability of customers and clients.
Ideal Candidate
  • At least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Customer Service role, ideally within the Education, Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability, and Other Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong networker & relationship builder.
  • A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
