Job Posting Details
The appointee is expected to assist course instructors in running design critiques, conduct tutorials on design projects, and guide students in doing projects. The ideal candidate must possess good knowledge of design theories, principles, and methods. Core skills in industrial design, exhibition design, and communication design will be required. The appointee should be attentive to design details, have an eye for good composition, be able to communicate effectively with design experts, and be proficient in design software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, SolidWorks, and Rhinoceros. He/She should be self-driven and passionate in design.
Requirements
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree or above in industrial design and preferably 3-6 years of work experience in industrial product design. Candidates with less work experience may be considered for appointment as Instructional Assistant.
Benefits
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
