La Mer, a renowned leader in the prestige cosmetics and skincare industry, is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Retail Expert to join our Store team at Gateway Arcade. Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities of the Retail Expert include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing personalized beauty and skincare consultations, and showcasing products to enhance their experience.
- Delivering excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Effectively managing store inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely restocking to meet customer demands.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, develop business strategies, and implement visual merchandising to drive customer engagement.
- Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an immersive brand experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
Requirements for the Retail Expert role include:
- At least 1 year of experience in skincare or makeup retail, with a strong passion for the prestige cosmetics and skincare industry.
- Knowledge of skincare and makeup products, with the ability to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English and Mandarin, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Holding internationally recognized beauty care certificates is an advantage.
- Good sales skills, customer service attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
As a Retail Expert at La Mer, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately HKD 40,000 - 60,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Location and Work Schedule
The Retail Expert role is based at La Mer, Gateway Arcade, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. You will be required to work a 1st (day) shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
