Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at HASBRO DEUTSCHLAND GmbH. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing engaging visual content that aligns with our brand strategy.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from package design to digital content creation. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for packaging, digital assets, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and art directors to create cohesive and effective visual content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our digital content quality and innovation.
  • Ensure alignment with our brand strategy and maintain high standards of design excellence.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D software (Keyshot, Maya, Zbrush, Blender, 3Ds Max).
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, composition, color theory, and lighting techniques.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
