Operations Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Director to lead our Quality and Safety initiatives at AFSC OPERATIONS LIMITED. This is a critical role that requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The Operations Director will be responsible for managing and providing Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Services across our operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing quality assurance initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
• Designing and delivering training programs to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Providing expert advice on operational policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
• Maintaining up-to-date operation, quality control, and HSE procedure manuals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management within the oil industry.
• A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as engineering or a technical discipline.
• Relevant qualifications or experience in health and safety management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Jet A-1 Quality Control Procedures and Tankfarm operations.
