About Us

We are a MNC data center solution providing company that offers excellent staff benefits and career development opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assign work orders to the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance work.
  • Act as a technical professional for all facilities-related issues within the data center of Asia-Pacific, escalating to the HQ tech team as needed.
  • Perform RCA (root cause analysis) of critical equipment failures.
  • Troubleshoot and report facility and data server-level events within internal SLA.
  • Schedule and implement planned maintenance work as assigned.
  • Prepare approval forms for top management for the procurement of any goods/services.
  • Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants' fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Ample and relevant working experience, familiar with electrical and/or mechanical maintenance. Experience in Data Centre design and construction is a must.
  • Familiarity with UPS, Gensets, chiller plants, LV switchboards, and CRACs.
  • Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade A or Above will be an advantage.
