Job Summary

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team in the development and support of business applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in application design, development, and maintenance, as well as experience in gathering and preparing outsource applications requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Application Development and Support
  • Design, develop, document, test, implement, and maintain business applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
Business Systems and Technology
  • Define and analyze business requirements, system problems, testing standards, and solutions.
  • Structure and prioritize requirements and communicate system design with key users for review and approval.
Technical Leadership
  • Provide leadership on process improvement, new technology applications, and solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on new applications.
  • Responsible for providing routine IT/Security related internal and external reports to the company.
Business Continuity and Planning
  • Coordinate BCP plan and drill test.
  • Prepare Annual IT Plan and Budget.
Security and Compliance
  • Coordinate Annual IT Security Penetration Test.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with experience in application development, business systems, and technical leadership. They will be able to communicate effectively with key users and stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of business requirements and system problems.
