About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-paced team. As a key member of our support squad, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving complex queries with ease.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate support through various channels.
  • Take ownership of individual customer issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Manage order fulfillment processes efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery of products.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, responding thoughtfully and professionally.
  • Research solutions or answers as needed, applying knowledge to resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Update system accounts accurately, reflecting customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Record details of customer conversations, capturing key actions taken.
  • Foster continuous improvement in customer service, monitoring support communications to enhance overall experience.
  • Be flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as required.

About You

  • Bilingual in Chinese and English (verbal and written), with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume queues, ideally in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively via email, adapting to the needs of diverse customers.
  • Curious about new platforms and innovative technologies, with a passion for staying ahead.
  • Previous customer service and call center experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Situational awareness to identify and escalate matters requiring urgent attention.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, able to explain complex information simply.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines, prioritizing and handling a busy workload effectively.
  • Adaptable to business needs, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Drive, Slack, and iOS environment (Mac).
  • Able to provide a quiet workspace free from distractions, with a stable internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements.
  • Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts during busy periods, typically 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 weekends.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Additional language skills – Japanese and/or Korean are advantageous.
  • Interest in at least one of StockX's verticals: Sneaker, Streetwear, Collectible, Handbag, Watch, or Electronic.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
