Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Network Architect to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our enterprise-level network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implementation of data communications networks or groups of networks within the organization
  • Research and evaluation of network technology to recommend purchases of network equipment
  • Maintenance of overall network infrastructure throughout the organization
  • Implementation of new infrastructures and hardware refreshments to align with industry standards
  • Application of changes to the network in line with business requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining technical diagrams, documentation, and associated system processes and procedures. You will also contribute to business continuity and business recovery exercises, participating in regular business continuity testing.

You will work closely with external vendors on system inquiries and maintenance, as well as coordinate with other teams and vendors on project implementations and remediation. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Preferred: CCNA or CCNP certification
  • At least 5 years of hands-on enterprise-level network support experience in a banking, finance, accounting institution, or any other regulated industry sector
  • Exposure to application NG Firewall, routing, switching, cabling infrastructure, WAN, LAN, VPN, monitoring systems
  • Familiarity with various authentication mechanisms, such as TACAS, RADIUS, MFA, SSO
  • All-around understanding of technologies including network infrastructures, desktop technologies, server technologies
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work across IT teams and maintain a positive attitude

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
