Project Validation and Commissioning Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive validation and commissioning strategy to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Optimize test allocation and scheduling to maximize efficiency and coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage project requirements and validation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and applicable norms, methods, and tools.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and address technical issues and risks.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems/sub-systems integration, embedded equipment, and electrotechnical product development in a complex railway signaling environment.
  • Proven experience in test and commissioning (T&C) or validation and verification (V&V) activities for signaling projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
