Job Summary

We're looking for a professional who is passionate about coffee, food, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable hospitality, working in a team to serve a variety of delicious coffees, and staying knowledgeable about our current offerings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Work collaboratively with the team to 'dial in' and serve a selection of delicious coffees using various brewing methods
• Expedite and serve a range of sweet and savory food created by our talented culinary team
• Stay up-to-date on Blue Bottle's current coffee and food offerings through tastings, cuppings, and information provided by your Lead Barista, Cafe Leader, and other departments
• Develop your coffee palate by regularly tasting and serving coffee and espresso drinks
• Support your team in maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment, including tasks such as washing dishes, clearing tables, and taking out trash
