As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality management system (QMS) knowledge, monitoring changes in the commercial environment and identifying opportunities or risks.

You will support quality improvement projects to improve performance and build trust. Additionally, you will assist the LOC Quality Head in implementing and maintaining a compliant QMS aligned with GSK standards and local regulations.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's or above degree in sciences or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of working experience in the Pharmaceutical/ Consumer healthcare industries, preferably in the capacity of a quality officer role
  • Analytical mind, good attention to detail and problem-solving skills within a structured process
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements pertaining to GMP/GDP
  • Good team player, works well in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to deliver clear communications and foster excellent working relationships with peers and management
  • Strong problem-solving and delivery of solution
  • Flexible thinking - able to challenge and see views from different perspectives
  • Demonstrated ability to engage at different organization levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to self-motivate and be resilient and focused under pressure
  • Effective communication – both verbal and written
  • Strong general computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
