We are a renowned retail corporation and HK-listed company seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical implementation and support on cloud infrastructure in terms of OS, network, and database. This includes managing vendor selection, RFP/RFQ, cost evaluation, and performance assessment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cloud Infrastructure Management
  • Provide technical implementation and support on cloud infrastructure in terms of OS, network, and database.
  • Manage the vendor selection, RFP/RFQ, cost evaluation, and performance assessment.
Project Management
  • Direct and monitor the overall project management to ensure project deliverables meet the project plan, on schedule, and within budget.
Service Provider Management
  • Manage the service providers to provide technical support.
Ad-Hoc Projects
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  1. 8 years of solid experience in application project management or IT infrastructure.
  2. Solid knowledge in Workflow / BPM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, PowerBI, Azure / AWS Cloud.
  3. Experience in Microsoft Office 365 implementation.
  4. Experience in PM Tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and Data Analysis tools (e.g. Qlikview) is an advantage.
  5. Effective negotiation and vendor management skills with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  7. Holder of Microsoft certification or ITIL would be definitely an advantage.
  8. A proactive problem solver with outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  9. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua.
