JPC TEXSON LTD is a leading HK listed lifestyle hospitality group that requires a skilled Corporate Communications Assistant Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering various communication materials to promote our brand and enhance our reputation.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 5+ years of corporate communications experience, with a focus on media relations and attention to detail.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written English and Chinese copywriting skills.
    • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a marketing team of 10 members.
  • Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Language, or a related discipline.

The Role

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deliver various communication materials including corporate brochures, announcements, fact sheets, media articles, and ESG reports.
    • Manage external communications, handle inquiries professionally, prepare press releases, media pitches, scripts, and speeches for management.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, organize interviews, and press events to enhance our reputation.
    • Respond promptly to crisis situations, develop messages, manage media relations, and advise internal parties.
    • Organize corporate-level social activities to support our social responsibility initiatives.
    • Maintain our corporate website by regularly updating content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Lead and support additional communications and marketing projects as needed.
