Research Fellow in OLED Technology

The State Key Laboratory of Advanced Displays and Optoelectronics Technologies (SKL of ADT) is seeking to recruit several research fellows, associates, and assistants for projects focused on organic light-emitting diode (OLED) technologies.
The primary duties for the Research Fellows/Associates in Project I include innovating fabrication techniques for ultrahigh-resolution OLED displays. In contrast, those in Project II will concentrate on creating long-lasting blue OLED devices for display applications and exploring the mechanisms behind device degradation.
Research assistants across both projects will support the principal investigators in executing laboratory experiments, which encompass thin film deposition, photolithography, and the fabrication and evaluation of OLED devices.
For Research Fellows/Associates in Project I, candidates should possess a PhD in electrical engineering, materials science, or related fields, along with experience in semiconductor devices and micro-fabrication methodologies. Familiarity with OLED technologies and various thin-film deposition techniques is advantageous.
For Research Fellows/Associates in Project II, applicants should hold a PhD in chemistry, physics, or materials science, with a strong understanding of OLED materials and device physics.
For Research Assistants in Project I & II, a bachelor's or master's degree in science or engineering is required. A general understanding of semiconductor materials and devices is preferred.
All appointees are expected to demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Contract Duration:
1 year, with the possibility of renewal.
Compensation will be aligned with qualifications and experience, along with fringe benefits such as annual leave and medical and dental coverage.
