Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business strategy and operating model, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions that meet our strategic objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in business architecture, and contribute to the development of our business architecture framework.
  • Work closely with our technology architecture team to ensure that our business solutions are aligned with our technology strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT leaders, and other functional teams.
Requirements
  • Strong private banking and wealth management business, product and technical knowledge.
  • Experience in business architecture, transformation, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus, but not required.
