Requirements
  • Education
    • CPA, Master's degree, or comparable/recognized professional accounting qualification.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience, with 5+ years in middle management positions.
  • Skills
    • Strong finance and accounting knowledge in life and/or non-life insurance businesses.
    • Good knowledge of new accounting standards, such as IFRS 17 and IFRS 9.
    • Good command of spoken and written English.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Extremely good at managing teams, peers, and management.
    • Proficiency in Windows applications and other computer software, including insurance application systems and SAP.
