Role Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our data acquisition and visualization practice, developing data models from various data sources and channels, and presenting complicated data findings in a clear and compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop data models from various data sources and channels;
  2. Structure data, convert complex data into easily understandable formats, and present complicated data findings in a clear and compelling manner;
  3. Develop metrics and dashboards to measure performance, derive actionable insights, and facilitate decision making;
  4. Understand various stakeholders to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that meet their business needs;
  5. Research and adopt tools and technologies for reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field;
  2. More than 5 years of experience in data visualization and reporting;
  3. Experience working with multiple large datasets and the ability to pull from such datasets using relevant programs and coding;
  4. SQL proficiency;
  5. Ability to prioritize work tasks;
  6. Enjoy working with cross-functional teams in different geographies.
