Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Report to Director of Internal Audit & Risk Management
  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal control and risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify and assess risks, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
  • Design and deliver risk management training programs to enhance staff awareness and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain risk management reporting to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in risk management and internal control, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
