Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Legal and Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

This includes handling day-to-day FCC regulatory compliance matters, providing compliance advice and support, reviewing and developing compliance-related policies and procedures, conducting compliance reviews, and training.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
  • Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits.
  • Provide compliance training to employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • University graduate with at least 7 years' working experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Sound knowledge in AML, FATCA, and CRS in insurance operations.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
