We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the technological transformation of our manufacturing operations. This visionary leader will spearhead the adoption of AI, machine learning, IoT, and other advanced technologies to boost automation and efficiency while staying ahead of emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

The successful applicant will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry. They will be a natural change agent who can identify what is needed to drive technology success and implement it effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technological transformation of our manufacturing operations by identifying, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions to optimize production and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI and automation to deliver impactful improvements.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and establish and manage an R&D function for proprietary solutions.
  • Partner with external providers, startups, and academic institutions to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Leading Change - A natural 'change agent' that can identify what is needed to drive technology success and implement it effectively.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI, machine learning, and automation technologies in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in driving large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of AI, IoT, robotics, and data analytics.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and lean principles.
  • Good command of English language.
