Supply Chain Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join our Logistics team at JPC Corporation. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3PL warehousing, excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin. Basic computer operation knowledge is a must, and a forklift license holder is preferred but not required.
In this role, you will work closely with the Logistics team to lead the warehouse team for daily warehouse operations. You will manage warehouse resource allocation, handle and transport warehouse goods, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The working conditions are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, and Saturday, 9am-1pm (alternative Saturday off after probation). The employee will receive 13 months salary plus performance bonus, annual leave of 12 days, medical and dental insurance, and banking holiday.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include:
- Managing daily warehouse operations
- Leading the warehouse team for daily warehouse operations
- Working closely with the Logistics team
- Handling and transporting warehouse goods
- Managing warehouse resource allocation
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Diploma or above in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in 3PL warehousing
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
- Basic computer operation knowledge
- Forklift license holder (preferred)
