The Job
As Finance Manager, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Your responsibilities include providing comprehensive financial oversight and strategic support. You will lead the JV accounting functions, overseeing and managing all accounting activities for the joint venture. You will collaborate with the operations team across diverse backgrounds to enhance efficiency and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead JV Accounting Functions: Oversee and manage all accounting activities for the joint venture.
  • Collaborate with the operations team across diverse backgrounds to enhance efficiency and support sustainable business growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Support: Conduct detailed analyses to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Big 4 managerial grade with a CPA qualification.
  • Proven audit experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in supervising PRC teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.

Requirements
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the resilience to thrive in a start-up environment.
  • Work based in Hong Kong with some trips to the Asia region.
