We are seeking a skilled Contract Project Manager to join our Installation Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance product and service quality.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and factories to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Review and verify costs collected from engineering contracts, including change orders, delayed sales costs, and direct costs.
  • Effectively plan resources to ensure installation projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Monitor project quality, ensuring projects are completed to contract specifications, company standards, and government regulations.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring a safe working environment through regular site checks and adherence to safety protocols.
