We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer and Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our construction projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • ">
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of quality plans related to structural matters;">
  • Preparing temporary works design, method statements, and advising on structural matters;">
  • Attending regular site meetings, identifying potential engineering problems, and recommending solutions;">
  • Supervising and/or carrying out inspections of works and materials according to quality plans;">
  • Preparing master programs, reports, and sketches on technical matters;">
  • Maintaining accurate records of project progress and reporting any deviations from the plan;">
  • Liaising with architects, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters;">
  • Providing technical support for contractual claims;">
  • Coordinating the implementation of Site Safety Supervision Plans;">
  • Acting as a Technically Competent Person (TCP) as specified in the Site Safety Supervision Plan as assigned by the Manager;">
  • Providing design and technical supervision during different construction stages.">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

">
  • ">
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or an equivalent qualification;">
  • Chartered Membership of HKIE, IStructE, ICE, or RPE is desirable;">
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in major civil or building projects;">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;">
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.">

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $HK$80,000 - HK$120,000 per month, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including attractive fringe benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
