Job Summary:
Lululemon Athletica is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Vendor Operations Lead to join our Supply Chain team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the new vendor onboarding process, including collection of vendor profile information and documents, and creation of vendor data and documentation across systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading end-to-end new vendor approval process (NVAP) for exploration, assessment, setup, and onboarding of new parent vendors and facilities
• Tracking onboarding progress and preparing status updates and progress reports to key stakeholders
• Developing, publishing, and maintaining dashboards and reporting on key vendor NVAP metrics and risks
• Communicating directly with vendors to request information, troubleshoot issues, and connect with leadership and cross-functional partners as required

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 5+ years' experience in project management, operations, or related field, preferably in a vertical apparel retail environment
• Strong knowledge of production, raw materials, and manufacturing, with experience managing vendor relationships
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) and experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, Power Automate, and vendor management systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities with various stakeholder groups, working in high-pressure environments, and delivering under tight timelines
