Key Responsibilities:
  • Digest and understand complex information in various formats covering multiple industries and countries.
  • Conduct secondary research on industry sources for personal use and dissemination.
  • Develop tailored interview scripts and questionnaires to meet specific research objectives and target audiences.
  • Build rapport with interviewees to encourage open and honest responses.
  • Record and document interview data accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with the research team to interpret findings and draw actionable conclusions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Strong communication skills; conducting interviews with industry players is a crucial aspect of the role.
  • Proven experience in conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Minimum availability of 30 hours per week when actively engaged on a project.
  • Fluency in English and native fluency in another local language, for both speaking and writing.
  • Tenacity in pursuing information, especially through trade interviews, and attention to detail when comparing information across multiple sources.
  • Excellent time-management, organization, and self-motivation skills.
