Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser/Product Developer to lead our merchandising efforts for one of our major theme park customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the toys industry.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development of product strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
- Manage and optimize production processes to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and secure high-quality materials.
- 5+ years of experience in toys merchandising, including product development and procurement.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
