About the Role We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Sales Operations team with a focus on supporting our Sales Compensation program. You will support the administration of the sales commission program, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for participants. This role will serve as the system administrator for our commission management software (CaptivateIQ), and be responsible for plan setup, plan documentation, and commission calculation execution. This individual will be a self‑starter with meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate blends strong quantitative and analytical skills with a strategic mindset, program management experience, and an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. They work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment. Responsibilities Lead the configuration of sales commission software (CaptivateIQ) Calculate, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of monthly commissions for plan participants Timely and accurate resolution of commission and quota inquiries Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline commission workflows Requirements 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, with ownership of sales compensation processes (preferably in SaaS/Technology) Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to correspond quickly and accurately with numerous stakeholders Ability to follow through with tasks reliably and independently Total Rewards Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
