Add expected salary to your profile for insights Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is a private organization jointly owned by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) and The Hong Kong Association of Banks. The Company’s key objective is to develop and operate a safe and efficient multi-currency and multi-dimensional financial infrastructure in Hong Kong for: large-value interbank fund transfers denominated in HKD, USD, Euro and RMB; interbank money settlement of equity and debt securities transactions in Hong Kong via the linkages with the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited and the HKMA’s Central Moneymarkets Unit (CMU) system; small-value interbank fund transfers denominated in HKD and RMB via the HKD and RMB Faster Payment System; and interbank clearing and/or money settlement of retail payments, such as paper cheques, autocredits, credit card payments, etc. in Hong Kong. The Company is also the operator of the HKMA’s CMU system. Apart from interbank clearing-and-settlement services, the Company and its subsidiaries also support the HKMA and the financial industry to foster the development of the financial technology (“FinTech”) ecosystem in Hong Kong. We are looking for a suitable candidate to take up the following job position. Major Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of Cloud Governance Framework in collaboration with all internal stakeholders. e.g. Legal & Compliance, IT Governance, IT Security, IT infrastructure and IT Application teams, etc. Monitor the execution of Cloud compliance process by different stakeholders, including the managed service provider, Cloud platform operation team and application team and ensure compliance with the established Cloud Governance Framework. Enhance the Cloud adoption and operation process and integrate into the company’s ITSM process. Support the alignment between the Cloud Governance Framework and the company’s existing IT Governance Framework Assist in the internal and external assessment including audit, ISO27001, CSA, SOC, penetration test, etc. and support the related coordination and preparation. Assist in vendor management for service management governance Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Requirements University degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably gained from major financial institutions with at least 1 year on ITSM process handling and preferable has knowledge on Cloud governance. Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work. Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and the related governance framework and compliance standards are preferable. Analytical, innovative, structured approach to problem solving, including sense for pragmatism, common sense and a self-starter mentality Effective communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder communications.
