About the Role As a Bartender - Red Sugar , you will focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous, and professional service. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality service to guests and ensure satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the bar section before and after service according to hotel standards. Gather guest feedback for continuous service improvement. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. About You At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel or F&B service industry. Strong knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine, and beer. Good understanding of alcohol, glasses, brand names, and garnishments. Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player.
