Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for Hong Kong and APAC Build successful strategies and network with payroll service agencies in Indonesia. Create digital marketing content for the Company and promote to Indonesian regions. Execute marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies to meet objectives for all marketing related activities Manage marketing budget to achieve effective marketing activities Report and communicate with top management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Drive sales to increase company’s revenue Good presentation, communication, and customer servicing skills Immediately available Handle translation work, if needed. Assist in minor office administration work. Requirements Minimum 2 years of Payroll Administration and Payroll Tax expertise in Asia region. Understanding of country level legislation, regulation, and practices across Asia region. Understanding of tax and other relevant statutory regulations for payroll. Hands-on experience with different types of payroll software. Occasional travel to Indonesia is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Bahasa (Written and Spoken) - Other Asia languages would be highly advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, digital content creation. Ability to manage vendor relationships in Indonesia. Attention to details will be essential. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is preferred.
