本公司主要專注於無抵押個人貸款業務。現正招募一位催收/ 信用管理專員。Our company specializes in unsecured personal lending solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated Collections / Credit Management Officer to join our team and ensure efficient recovery of overdue payments while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. 主要職責 負責跟進及催促逾期還款的客戶，確保款項按時回收。Debt Recovery Management: Proactively follow up with customers on overdue payments to ensure timely repayment. 與客戶保持良好嘅溝通，解釋還款安排同協商還款計劃。Customer Communication: Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers, explaining repayment options and negotiating feasible repayment plans. 記錄同更新客戶嘅還款狀況，確保資料準確無誤。Account Monitoring: Accurately record and update customer repayment statuses in the system. 與內部團隊合作，追蹤未還款帳戶，制定追收策略。Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to track delinquent accounts and develop effective recovery strategies. 按公司政策及相關法例制定及執行包括交外部催收流程，確保合規。Compliance & Legal Adherence: Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and relevant legal regulations, including external collection agency referrals when necessary. 分析逾期數據，提出改善催收流程嘅建議。Performance Analysis: Analyze delinquency data and recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency. 任職要求 中學或以上學歷，有5年或以上財務公司催收經驗者優先。Minimum secondary education, with 5+ years of collections experience in financial services (preferred). 良好溝通技巧，能用粵語流利與客戶溝通。Strong communication skills – fluency in Cantonese is essential for effective customer interaction. 有耐心、細心，具備良好嘅應變能力。Patience, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability to handle challenging cases. 能承受壓力，積極主動。Resilience under pressure with a proactive and results-driven approach. 熟悉電腦操作，能使用基本辦公軟件。Basic computerproficiency Interested parties please submit your detailed resume with your current and expected salary through below "APPLY NOW". 有興趣者請透過以下「立即申請」提交您的詳細履歷，包括您目前和期望的薪資。 (Personal data collected will be treated in the strictest confidence and will be handled by authorized personnel for recruitment-related purposes only.
