Cronos Labs accelerates or incubates selected applications in order to make Cronos as useful as possible to its users. About the role As a DevOps engineer, you define and implement both the entire workflow of the Dapp product development and the Security and SRE processes that keep these applications running and scaling 24/7. Responsibilities Liaise with development team to design system architecture Improve and manage Terraform, K8S and CI/CD pipeline. Manage multiple database instances including SQL performance tuning Develop tools for application and performance monitoring Develop and deploy cloud infrastructure in IaC manner. Design and implement Disaster Recovery & backup solution, Automate and streamline operations and processes. Communicate, elevate and follow up as appropriate to ensure problems are addressed Requirements Solid experience in AWS / GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes is a must Solid experience in database management Experience in monitoring & maintaining mission critical systems Experience in monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK, etc. Experience in message queue like RabbitMQ, Kafka is a plus Experience in Redis is a plus Experience in Nodejs, Java / Kotlin development is a plus Experience in GitOps is a plus Experience in database management is a big plus A strong interest in working in technology and/or financial environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Why work at Cronos Labs Work in a cutting-edge field of Web3 / blockchain, at the forefront of NFT, DeFi and GameFi innovation Huge responsibilities from Day 1.
