The Legacy – Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager Position: Well Born Real Estate Management Limited, a member of Henderson Land Group. We are rapidly expanding and seeking high‑caliber professionals to join our dynamic team. Key Requirements Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent qualifications. Holder of Provisional Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence. Member of CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification. Well‑versed with the Deeds of Mutual Covenant and the Building Management Ordinance. Minimum 4–6 years experience in property management with at least 2 years in a managerial level. Experience in managing luxurious residential development is preferred. Experience in managing estates with I.O. /O.C.; Experience in taking over new properties is an advantage. Possesses strong communication & interpersonal skills. Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager. Location: Central and Western. Remuneration & Benefits Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
