About the role We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team at Huiyuan Cowins Technology Group Limited. This full-time role is based in the Causeway Bay Wan Chai District. As an Administrative Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial part in supporting the overall finance and accounting functions of our growing technology company. What you'll be doing Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger transactions Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient accounting processes Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and systems What we're looking for Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative accounting or clerk role, preferably in the technology industry Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive and problem‑solving mindset What we offer At Huiyuan Cowins Technology Group Limited, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
