About the role We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team at GK Enterprise Limited in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This full‑time position will play a crucial role in our Import/Export & Customs operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient movement of goods across our global supply chain. What you'll be doing Coordinating the import and export of goods, including preparing all necessary documentation and liaising with factory and forwarder. Tracking shipment status and providing updates to internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with all applicable customs, trade and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with inventory management. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry. Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations and documentation requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers and authorities. Proficient in using relevant software and databases for inventory management and shipment tracking. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented approach.
