(Senior) Logistics Merchant Support Associate

What you’ll be doing: Build and sustain solid business relationships with key accounts and with people at all levels. Gather extensive knowledge of e-commerce and different logistics solutions among various SHOPLINE merchants. Collect feedback on logistics from accounts, while understanding the reasons and use cases of every feedback. Propose solutions that speak to key accounts’ wide range of requests, concerns, and objectives. Create new plans and strategies to drive logistics business volume from merchants. Deal with daily logistics matters to ensure smooth delivery progress and experience to merchants and their consumers. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new business strategies in logistics. Work closely with logistics partners and handle operational duties. Review and revise cooperation plans based on both internal and partner needs. Evaluate the effectiveness of working relationships with logistics partners, and always look for ways to improve. Build and maintain a solid business relationship with domestic customers which includes client visits and relationship management. Support sales team and provide all necessary back-end operational assistance to the team. Support sales team to develop sales plans, strengthen customer relationships and ensure market objectives are met. Who we are looking for: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, e-commerce. Past experience of customer service, account management, courier service operations, sales support. Ability to build strong relationships with 3PL. Ability to effectively promote the use of the company’s technology with potential clients; warehouse operations would be an advantage. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good judgment and interpersonal communication skills. Well-developed analytical and problem‑solving skills. Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team.
