About the job Assistant GM, Club & Recreation A Hong Kong listed property investment and hospitality group. Location Hong Kong Report to General Manager Job Summary Manage overall operation of a country and yacht club facilities (except marina and docking) In line with the company strategy plan, assist GM to review and formulate club recreational and services product & third-party event promotion strategy e.g. (Cultural events & festivals, facilities & attractions enhancement and other product development matters). Develop promotion strategy from concept development, and marketing initiatives, to the execution of the promotional campaigns and the sustaining programs. Identify, assess and groom new, potential and existing club products (e.g., sports, family, spa, health & fitness recreation, infrastructures, etc.) and third-party events (e.g., traditional festivals etc.) to enhance, repackage, and expand their appeal to stimulate residents experiences. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate 110 team members. Manage and maintain all recreative facilities and dining F&B outlets to best-in‑class standards to deliver excellent customer journey experience. Build a strong rapport with members and handling complaints. Ensure the operation within areas of responsibility complies with the SOP requirements. Implementing preventive and remedial measures to safeguard the safety of members and guests. Expand membership sales channel. Assist the General Manager in managing the budget and marketing plan. Requirements A degree in recreation and leisure management or related disciplines. 10 years relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in the leisure or recreation fields. Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills with initiatives1 to interact with customers and staff. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
