Our client “CHLOECHEN.com” is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to join their company What you'll be doing? Deliver exceptional service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. Drive sales success: Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build lasting relationships: Develop and maintain long‑term connections with customers through outstanding customer experiences. Showcase cross‑selling skills: Utilize your product knowledge and positive attitude to recommend complementary items and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage store operations: Participate in stock management and maintain an appealing floor display area and merchandise presentation. Who are they looking for? Educational background: Form 5 and above, with a passion for continuous learning and growth in the retail industry. Retail experience: At least 3 years of retail sales experience in the fashion industry, bringing valuable insights and expertise to the role. Language proficiency: Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Team player: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail environment. Fashion enthusiasm: Demonstrate a keen eye for fashion trends and the ability to provide style advice to customers.
