Responsibilities Mainly responsible for the management of intelligent computing project (construction, algorithm, operation and delivery) of China Unicom Global Corporation. Responsible for the technical management of intelligent computing major, responsible for the formulation and implementation of the production, technology, safety, service standards and related management measures of the major. Meet the needs of business departments, complete the planning, construction, scheme preparation, project management, delivery and operation of intelligent computing professional engineering projects. Responsible for the investigation and analysis of national and local policies of various industries, the analysis of relevant policies and industry backgrounds, and the provision of intelligent computing needs, networks, products, network design and implementation ideas of various industries. Responsible for providing technical support for intelligent computing products and solutions, ensuring the forward-looking technology of product development and the rationality and innovation of business processes in various industries. Participated in the overall architecture design and development of the intelligent computing professional machine learning development platform, problem transformation and solution design for the problems in various application fields, responsible for the construction, development, optimization and testing of algorithm models, and assisted in the final integration and deployment. Based on business usage scenarios, provide in-depth analysis of the best intelligent computing service governance practices, including but not limited to critical link performance bottleneck analysis, business problem positioning and troubleshooting, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the system high availability architecture. Actively explore the frontiers of AI field and new tech to empower business platform. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements Meet the relevant requirements of China Unicom Global recruitment management methods, have high moral accomplishment and professional quality, dare to take responsibility, act with integrity and self-discipline. Have a full-time bachelor degree or above in computer, engineering management, telecommunications and other related majors, and have at least 3 years of work experience in related fields. Possess engineering deployment capabilities for large-scale AI models and research & development expertise in scenario-specific applications. Have international vision, open innovation consciousness and Internet-oriented thinking, and digital operation and management consciousness. Have good information analysis skill, problem solving skill, resource integration ability, communication and coordination and service awareness. Ability to plan, build, install and configure key system equipment, debug, operate and maintain and repair common faults. Possess international project management experience, with the ability to efficiently drive projects in multicultural and multi-time-zone teams, and familiarity with communication, collaboration, and execution mechanisms of cross-border projects. Loyal and responsible, have an overall view, good at self-motivation and build a passionate and efficient team. Strong ability to work under pressure and take initiative. Able to work in both Chinese and English. Possess Huawei, NVIDIA and other intelligent computing certification; PMP, Level 1 construction engineer, Level 1 cost engineer and other related professional certification is preferred.
