Senior Accountant responsible for managing full-cycle AP operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, process improvement, and supervising team members. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the full spectrum of AP operations, including invoice verification, expense claims, payments processing, and vendor account reconciliations. Ensure accurate recording and timely settlement of accounts payable transactions in compliance with company policies and internal controls. Review supplier contracts and payment terms to optimize cash flow and payment efficiency. Handle month-end closing activities related to AP, including accruals and reconciliations. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment or invoicing discrepancies. Assist in preparing accounting schedules and supporting documents for audit and management review. Support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives for better efficiency and internal control. Supervise junior team members and provide guidance on daily operations. Requirements Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Accounts Payable. Experience in shared service or sizable organization preferred. Proficient in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems). Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
