My client is looking for an experienced Application Architect Manager to lead the standardization, modernization, and strategic evolution of enterprise application frameworks in a fast-paced apparel and textile manufacturing (Garments and Clothing) environment. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership, with hands‑on experience in Microsoft technologies and a proven track record in driving architectural consistency across complex systems. Key Responsibilities Spearhead the standardization of application architecture frameworks, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with business and operational goals. Lead the technical design and development using the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, SQL Server), promoting reusable components and efficient coding practices. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies relevant to the apparel and textile manufacturing sector, such as IoT, AI for quality control, and smart factory solutions, aligning them with business innovation strategies. Define and enforce architectural patterns and standards, including SOA, microservices, API‑first design, and cloud‑native principles, ensuring best practices are embedded across teams. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure enterprise‑wide architectural alignment, supporting digital transformation and operational excellence. Mentor and guide development teams on application development standards, performance optimization, and code quality. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, translating insights into actionable strategies that enhance system agility and business responsiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6–8 years of experience in application architecture and framework standardization, ideally within manufacturing or industrial (Garments and Clothing) sector. Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise application. Deep understanding of modern architectural principles, including microservices, containerization, and service‑oriented architecture. Proven ability to assess and implement emerging technologies in industrial environments. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration. Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is required. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
