Your Role as a Field Service Engineer You will be the technical expert on the ground, ensuring our medical equipment is installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. Your work will directly enhance the safety, comfort, and mobility of those in care. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair Arjo’s range of medical equipment in care facilities. Perform both preventative and reactive servicing. Ensure systems are fully operational and users are trained in safe operation. Deliver timely and professional technical solutions. Maintain accurate service records and spare parts inventory. Adhere to safety and compliance standards in all service activities. What We’re Looking For Diploma or higher in Mechanical and/or Electronics. Field experience, ideally in healthcare or service industries. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in MS Office and service management systems. A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
