Investment Funds practice for a leading US law firm is seeking a Paralegal who is eager to contribute to a fast‑paced growing practice. The practice focuses on advising a range of international sponsors and investors in the structuring, formation, and offering of private investment funds, including private equity funds, real estate funds, hedge funds, co‑investment vehicles, and other alternative investment products. Job Description Assist the funds team with the set up and formation of funds Draft and prepare legal documentation (i.e., transaction bibles, articles of incorporation, resolutions, agreements, correspondence, closing sets etc.) Handle internal filing of records of fund documents Liaise with various parties e.g., professional bodies and counsels from different jurisdictions Assist in due diligence and legal research Experience and Skills 2 – 6 years of experience gained within a reputable regional or international law firm doing funds work Excellent language skills, including written and spoken English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin, are essential Candidates with US JD/LLM preferred For high performers, the firm offers a track to associate promotion Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Legal Industries Legal Services, Law Practice, and Funds and Trusts Location: Wan Chai District, Hong Kong SAR Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Taylor Root by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
