About Your Company Our client is a fast-growing investment management firm focused on early-stage technology startups. With offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and San Francisco, the company has a portfolio of over 50 innovative companies across a diverse range of industries, including fintech, e-commerce, and enterprise software. With the rapid expansion, our client is actively looking to add a new headcount to their finance team to handle daily finance operations, budgeting & forecasting as well as to support system automation. Responsibilities Oversee the company's accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections Analyze financial data and work closely with the finance team to develop and implement effective budgeting and forecasting strategies Manage weekly cash flow, including monitoring bank accounts, processing payments, and ensuring sufficient liquidity to support business operations Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of the accounting and finance functions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Head of Finance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, with at least 2-3 years of Big4 FS audit experience is preferred Qualified Accountant will be a PLUS but not a MUST Proficient in using financial software and MS Office suite, with the ability to extract and analyze data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams across the organization Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently to solve complex problems Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is preferred Candidates with relevant in-house experience may also consider for a Senior Accountant title Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
