We are seeking an experienced professional to lead cybersecurity governance and risk initiatives across Asia. This role will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance with global standards and driving maturity in cybersecurity practices. Responsibilities Design and maintain enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance aligned with NIST frameworks. Develop risk registers, control libraries, and automated compliance dashboards. Ensure adherence to global and local regulations (e.g., GDPR, data privacy laws). Own and continuously improve cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures across Asia. Collaborate with IT and business units to embed governance and risk practices. Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity risk posture and governance maturity. Mentor internal cybersecurity teams and lead training programs on governance and compliance. Requirements Expertise in Cybersecurity principles and practices. Strong analytical skills for security risk assessments and incident responses. Ability to develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Lead cybersecurity governance across Asia for a global MNC.
