We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who possesses both a solid understanding of the digital asset landscape and substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to join our executive leadership team. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and risk tolerance in the cryptocurrency sector. M&A Strategy: Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities that enhance the company’s market position and strategic capabilities. Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, providing actionable insights to the executive team. Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions, effectively communicating the company’s financial health and strategic direction. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions and M&A activities. Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards involved in the virtual asset industry, including M&A compliance. Team Development: Mentor and lead the finance team, promoting professional growth and fostering a high-performance culture. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate financial perspectives into corporate strategy and operational performance. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role involving M&A in the cryptocurrency or virtual asset sector. Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and regulatory considerations related to digital assets and M&A. Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities with a proven ability to navigate complex financial transactions. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of presenting financial insights to diverse audiences.
